The Rutland Hotel & Apartments Edinburgh

The apartment we stayed in was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We were actually surprised by how quiet it was, considering the bedrooms faced the street. The modern decor and facilities in the apartment were excellent, and the bed was comfy for a good night's sleep.

For the price we paid, there were a few disappointing aspects. The curtain in the lounge was half hanging off, and there were several missing light bulbs.

This hotel is amazing! The room was huge and much bigger than expected. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, right on Princes street and so close to the main tourist sights such as Edinburgh Castle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel consistently satisfies, ticking every box and more. The apartment we stayed in was extraordinary - enormous and filled with expensive decor. Underfloor heating and widescreen TVs in every room added a luxurious touch. The location was perfect, attached to a fantastic breakfast restaurant and superb steakhouse. Can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were attentive and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfasts served in the street level bistro, while watching Edinburgh life go by. The hotel's proximity to the Edinburgh Gin company was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a stylish and enjoyable stay in Edinburgh.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the center of town, within walking distance of two stops. You can easily explore the city and enjoy all the attractions it has to offer. there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining out.

The WiFi in the hotel was unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.
